Orders for CSA Pastures are due this Saturday, September 8!

We are writing this reminder for our delivery coming up on Thursday, September 13. The order deadline is on Saturday, September 8 at midnight. We thank you for indulging us this extra day for preparation of the orders as the number of farms we coordinate with has increased and the number of orders has increased as new CSAs are phoning us to see how we can fit them in our routes each month. We thank you for all the support through the winter months. We can feel the surge of the BUY LOCAL consumer response to the corporate food blunders and additives we cannot pronounce and extensive travel for the food they offer and feel that soon we may need to find more farms and encourage more start-up farmers to participate in growing the foods for our region. Thank you, we love our farm life, as busy as it can be at times!

Sheep’s milk yogurt alert!

There has been a bit of confusion about the sheep’s milk yogurt recently we would like to clear up. Karen at 3 Corner Field Farm has recently changed the availability of a few items and has also offered her new Frere Fumant cheese (aged sheep’s milk cheese smoked by the Brothers at the New Skete Monastery who are also famous for their German Shepard training program for seeing eye dogs). Her changes have forced some of the products to be shown on Page 2 of the cheese listing where there was never a need for page 2 before. So if you are looking for the delicious sheep’s milk yogurt, please click the little number 2 in the upper right hand corner or lower right hand corner of the grid of products to jump to page 2 and see the rest of the 3 Corner Field Farm dairy products.

New batch of beef alert!

Our new batch of grass-finished beef is here for the CSA delivery on September 13th. We have listed the wonderful new steaks and roasts on the website!

We have quite an assortment – from the Blade steaks to the T-bone steaks. We hope you’ll enjoy these as well as the new roasts.

You can now either place your order if you held off ordering or you can edit your order by using the “See my Existing Orders” menu item. Any question regarding this procedure, please feel free to contact us.
