Who cut the cheese?

See below from the Food and Water Watch website:

The Food and Drug Administration is proposing a change to the rules for labeling cheese. They want to allow cheese producers to use something called “ultrafiltered milk” but list it simply as “milk” on the ingredient list.

The problem is, ultrafiltered milk isn’t the same as milk. Ultrafiltered milk has been filtered to remove things like lactose, minerals, and vitamins. It is cheaper than fluid milk or powdered milk and that’s why the food processing industry wants to use it. They just don’t want you to know about it.

Tell the FDA you want to know all of the ingredients in the cheese you buy!
